We have four beautifully furnished bedrooms, each designed to maximize comfort and capacity:

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): King bed + Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, plus a full-size crib (3 beds + crib). This expansive master bedroom can accommodate a couple in the king bed and two kids or other guests in the bunk beds. It's perfect for a family unit to share. The room features stylish decor, a large dresser, a full-length mirror, and its own Smart TV. Dark curtains ensure you can sleep in after those late NYC nights.
Bedroom 2: Full-over-Full bunk bed (2 beds). This room is great for two adults or up to four kids (each full bed can sleep 2 smaller folks). It has a modern minimalist design and a Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Full-over-Full bunk bed (2 beds). Identical setup to Bedroom 2 with a sturdy full/full bunk. Another ideal spot for two adults or a handful of kids/teens. Includes a Smart TV and blackout shades.
Bedroom 4: Full-over-Full bunk bed + Twin trundle (3 beds). Tucked at the quiet end of the apartment, this bedroom is a great retreat. It can sleep several people comfortably on the three separate mattresses. This room also doubles as a second master in a way – it's set apart from the others, which some guests love for the privacy. It has a Smart TV and plenty of natural light.
All bedrooms are equipped with individual climate control via a mini-split heating and cooling unit in each room, each with its own wall thermostat – so every guest can set their preferred temperature in their room, a feature not many rentals have! We also provide luxury bedding: high-thread-count sheets, cozy comforters, and a selection of pillows (from soft to firm) for the best sleep. Each room has bedside tables with reading lamps and USB chargers for your devices. The peninsula counter has three bar stools for quick bites or keeping the chef company. The dining area features a chic dining table that seats 6. We can provide a couple of extra folding chairs if you need to squeeze in a couple more people at the table. If you prefer driving, Route 440 and the NJ Turnpike are easily accessible from our area, and you can reach the Holland Tunnel or Goethals Bridge in around 20 minutes by car. Locally, you can walk to Broadway (Bayonne's main street) in about 5-7 minutes, where you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, and a variety of eateries. There's a fantastic bagel shop and a deli just a couple blocks away for a quick bite. For fun, check out Bayonne's waterfront parks (Stephen R. No parties or events. We love hosting groups celebrating special occasions, but any partying needs to be kept off-site (there are event spaces and restaurants in the area for that). Quiet, respectful gatherings are fine, but loud noise, DJs, or large numbers of visitors are not permitted.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Because our on-site support lives on-site and we value our neighbors' comfort, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours, both inside the home and in the backyard.
Occupancy Limit: Up to 16 guests. If your group is larger, we unfortunately cannot host you — please be accurate in your guest count.
Registered Guests Only: Only the individuals on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered overnight guests. Visitors during the daytime are okay within reason, but no large gatherings.
