This apartment has four bedrooms spread across two levels, each thoughtfully set up to maximize sleeping capacity and comfort:

Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Furnished with a Full bed and a Twin-over-Twin bunk bed. That's a total of 3 separate beds in this room – great for kids or singles who don't mind bunking in the same space. Despite all the bedding, the room is arranged for comfort with space to move around and settle in.

Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Features a Full-over-Full bunk bed (2 beds). This room is a bit more private, perfect for a couple or two guests who want a quieter space. It has a dresser and a small seating nook by the window.

Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Outfitted with a Full-over-Full bunk bed plus a Twin trundle that slides out (3 beds total). This sizable room has dormer windows that add character and light. It's a cozy retreat that can sleep several guests comfortably.

Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): The primary bedroom on the top floor, featuring a Queen bed. In addition, this room has a full-size crib available (stored to the side) for families traveling with an infant or toddler. This bedroom is a peaceful space with its own Smart TV and a rocking chair for bedtime stories. (Note: We count this as 1 bed + crib, since the crib is for little ones.)

All bedrooms come with Smart TVs, so everyone can enjoy entertainment privately if they wish. Each bedroom also has a dedicated workspace nook – a small desk and chair where the closet used to be – plus a luggage stand mounted on secure wall hooks to keep your bags off the floor. We've installed individual climate control in each room (window AC units for summer and hot-water baseboard heat for winter) so guests can tailor the temperature to their liking. Nightstands with lamps, mirrors on the walls, and plenty of bedding (we provide extra pillows and blankets) are in each room. Blackout curtains or shades are provided as well, ensuring that streetlights or early sun won't disturb your sleep.

Every shower has wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, and each sink has a hand-soap dispenser, plus plenty of fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths. In addition, you'll find basics like toilet paper and tissues stocked for your use. If you forget any personal toiletries, check under the sink – we often stock spare toothbrushes, toothpaste, or razors just in case.

Love to cook or looking to save on eating out? Our fully stocked kitchen has you covered. It's equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We've provided a coffee maker (with coffee, sugar, creamer to get you started) and a kettle for tea. The cabinets are filled with cookware, pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, and all the utensils you'd need to prepare a meal for a large group. Dishes, glassware, and silverware are also supplied in abundance. Whether you're whipping up a big breakfast or a holiday feast, you'll find what you need. The adjacent dining area has a table that seats 6 comfortably, and we have extra folding chairs so you can extend seating for a larger group. Enjoy a group meal while discussing the day's adventures or planning the next one. If you prefer to dine out, you're only a few blocks from Bayonne's Broadway strip, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, from diners and pizzerias to sushi and Spanish cuisine.

🌳 Shared Backyard Access
One of the perks of this property is the backyard. As our guest, you have shared access to the fenced backyard. The backyard includes a small patio area with outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ grill. It's a lovely spot to catch some fresh air, enjoy a morning coffee, or have an evening barbecue when the weather is nice. We provide the grill and basic BBQ tools (you supply charcoal and food). Please just coordinate with any other occupants of the building if you both plan to use the space and be respectful of quiet hours outdoors as well. By 10pm, we ask that any outdoor socializing moves inside to keep the neighborhood peaceful.

🚏 Neighborhood & Nearby Attractions: Our location is residential and quiet, but you're never far from things to do. Bayonne Park (a large city park with walking trails, tennis courts, and a picturesque pond) is about a 10-minute walk south. If you're here for events, we are a short drive to big venues: roughly 20–30 minutes' drive to the Prudential Center (Newark). It's about 20 minutes' drive to MetLife Stadium (NFL games & concerts). If shopping is on your agenda, the famous American Dream Mall (with its indoor ski slope and water park) is about 20 minutes by car. Of course, the main attraction is NYC itself – you can easily spend days exploring Manhattan's sights, then retreat back to our spacious home to relax away from the hustle.

🔑 Check-In & Guest Access: The entire apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Self-check-in is enabled via an electronic lock; we will send you a unique access code and detailed instructions prior to arrival. Luggage drop-off is available by request if you're arriving early or departing late. We strive to make the check-in process smooth and contactless, but we're only a phone call away if you need personal assistance.

🚫 House Rules & Compliance: We absolutely want you to enjoy the space, and part of that is ensuring it remains enjoyable for our neighbors as well. This home is NOT a party venue – loud noise, excessive visitors, or any kind of event are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, inside and in the backyard. Bayonne's ordinance sets the limit; this apartment accommodates up to 15 guests, and we ask you to respect that. All overnight guests must be registered on the reservation. The booking guest must be at least 21 years old, and we may request ID verification at check-in to comply with local regulations. No smoking of any kind inside the property (you may smoke outside, away from doors and windows, and dispose of butts properly). No pets, unfortunately, as some future guests have allergies. You'll find an information sheet posted in the unit with city emergency contact info, our contact info, and reminders of the local rules (for example, trash days and recycling guidelines). By booking, you agree to abide by these house rules and help us maintain a lawful, respectful environment for all.
