• Self check-in .. a digital keypad at the main building entrance, then a lockbox just outside the apartment door with 2 sets of keys
• Please return both sets of keys to the lockbox and scramble the code at checkout
• Your personal codes and full digital welcome guide arrive at 11:00 AM on your check-in day

⚠️ A few things to keep in mind..

• Smoking anywhere on the property (including inside, on porches, or at the front entrance) is a $1,000 fine.. smoking is permitted only in the backyard or at least 25 feet from the building.
• Bayonne enforces noise ordinance violations after quiet hours (10:00 PM weekdays / 11:00 PM weekends).. fines are passed through to the guest per house rules.
• All trash bags must go inside the bins designated for this property.. bags left on the ground or placed in neighboring properties' cans can result in city fines and pest extermination costs that are passed through to the guest.
