• Smoking is permitted only in the backyard or at least 25 feet from the building. Smoking anywhere on the property (including inside, on porches, or at the front entrance) is a $1,000 fine.
• Trash bags must go inside the labeled bins for this property only. Please do not leave bags on the ground or use neighboring properties' bins.
• Quiet hours are strictly observed because Bayonne enforces local noise rules.
• Please do not block or park in neighboring driveways.
